If you need information regarding your FOIA request, please contact the Disclosure caseworker assigned to your request. They can be reached using the messaging feature within the IRS FOIA Public Access Portal or by calling them on the telephone number provided in the letter you received.
FOIA requests are not accepted by email. When contacting us, please do not include Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Numbers.
